Friend with benefits with an ex?

So me and my first boyfriend who i was with for 11months broke up my freshmen year but always had feelings for each other since. Its going on 3 years since we've been together but we have talked about our past many times. We have had other bf;s and gf's since each other and we have almost got back together many times. I just recently got out of a 2 year relationship And I do not want a relationship and neither does he, I ended up sleeping as his house and we cuddled and the next day decided to be friends with benefits. When we hangout we do nothing in public but we do everything behind closed doors. the rules are its private no saying I love u and if we get feelings we have to talk about it , either of us want feelings involved there are no boundaries so we can kiss cuddle have se all that good stuff. But Im worried about where its going. Are we kidding ourselves about this whole "casual seeing" each other thing?
