What does a medi alert bracelet look like and where can i find one?

I need to purchase a medi alert bracelet for my mother whom has epilepsy, but i dont know what they look like when i search online. i am coming across just silver bracelets, is this what they are? and does anyone know of a specific website i can look at ? all help is appriciated :)
