Change of epilepsy medication? Suspicious?

Often antileptic meds can take 2-4wks to adjust, depending on what type of siezures she has, dosages, etc. Really the only reason she couldn't work though is driving. Other than that she could. Why don't one of you offer to pick her up and take her home? Have you manager require a doctors note.
