I like him, but I don't have a clue what to say/do?

Since your not sure about his feelings why don't you just start out with a group date. Invite him to go out like bowling or to a movie or something with a group of other people. Invite his friends and your friends and then go out in a group of like 4 or 5 and then if he seems interested in you he will either ask you, or you can ask him out on a real date.
