My 2 year old son is violent.?

He hits.. he acts like a ninja.. pulls his sisters hair.. hes Crazy!!. And he has these breathing spells.. which is connected to epilepsy. . If he gets hurt or real mad he holds his breath and passes out and i have to do CPR. ... so.. i cant put him in time out or he gets so mad he passes out... my uncle had this ssame probleM. And my mother said he was a total BRAT. And they couldn't discipline him at all!. Hes so embarrassing.. i cant take him anywhere. Please help!.... please no.awful comments.. this is serious.
