Does he like me or he only wants some ***!?

So theirs this guy I know and we hang out when ever are Parents hang out, and well I'm not sure if he likes me , we went to a concert a couple days ago and he sat next to me and he would flirt and touch my leg or make me say/do stupid stuff but then he would ask me if some girl was hot...? Is he not interested or just wanting a answer...? He says he wants to hangout but idk if he only wants to be friends... then for some reason we would point out people for eachother like he would point some ugly guy for me and I would point a ugly girl for him haha and then it was cold in their and he would put his elbow under my arm and i turned around and he said "dont look at me like that ,. lol im cold and its warm.. : idk if he actually likes me or is just a friendly person ...!!! help
