Opinions on a book idea for a first time writer?

definitely horror...and sounds like something i would read, for sure. It's not similar to anything I've read and it sounds quite original , but there is a lot of films in this sort of genre too so it might be similar to a film? but i think you should keep going with this idea, sounds chilling and gripping and pretty much awesome :)
