How can i get a boyfriend..?

Im fifteen, i got a great personality easy to get along with but its hard for me to get a bf.. i am a little under two hundred lbs and thats a bit much for my height i do have epilepsy.. can having epilepsy be why its hard to get a bf? im on the schoold basketball team and im very outgoing... any advice would be appreciated thank you :
