Can you still order cars that are no longer produced from the car company?

I mean, they do still have the blue prints and materials to build it right? After all, the made and designed it. So, if you were to pay millions of money to order thousands of a car model that is no longer produced, would the company still make it? For example, the 4th Gen Daihatsu Charade Sedan stopped production in 2000. Now, if there was some billionaire who would offer a billion for thousands of these cars, would the company still actually make it?
