Could i have a brain tumour...?

I got diagnosed with epilesy 3 years ago now, ive got huge headaches and the neurologist has told me i have to change medication as that is whats causing the headaches which i thought was weird because i never got headache until about 6 months ago.. i keep getting auras but not fully going into a fit. I HAVE NOT had a seizure size ive been on medication so thats 3 years, so, is there any chance that i could have a brain tumour that caused the epilepsy and is now getting bigger causing headaches but no more fits?!?!?!
