Epilepsy: could an orgasm trigger a seizure?

I am dating this girl (she is 20) but I am worried that if she should orgasm it might be hard on her. She is very sensitive to lights, sound and sleep deprivation. Her epilepsy wasn't bad as a kid but suffered head serious trauma and now seizures can cause her memory loss and damage her. Help please. I am worried that I might hurt her
