How to put a warning before entering a blog?

I have a tumblr, and I want my background to be flashing colors, but I don't want anyone with epilepsy to go on the blog, therefore, I want to put a warning before entering the blog, stating that you shouldn't go on my blog if you have epilepsy, to avoid getting in any type of trouble. Any codes I could use to do that, or something?
