This guy I know smells every once in awhile...?

I never hear him fart, but It smells like he's farting! It happens every time I hangout with him. Can he may have a problem? Or does he not know that his farts smell? I think he has trouble breathing through his nose, but that might just be from all the coke he sniffed.
