WHAT'S UP WITH THEM ?!?

They're probably not ignoring you intentionally. The internet is a weird place sometimes. when it seems like people are online doing stuff they may be away from the PC and not even see you when you log on. As for not hanging out with you, you can always ask if they want to do things but if it doesn't happen a lot then maybe you need to make new friends who can be relied on to be there for you when needed. See how it goes for a while longer, then either ask if they have a problem with you or just move on. No use dragging things out if it's not meant to be :-)
