Are both the Democrats & Republicans War Parties and neither are really Conservative or Liberal?

Does it feel like citizens of the USA are being played right and left and neither want to stop the wars, balance the budget, create jobs, and get the economy on track. Instead are they together (behind closed doors) and playing US all in a charade, to stimulate and subsidize the same old corporations. In fact, are those corporations no longer loyal to the USA but are global conglomerates buying all the politicians and selling out taxpayers for Wall Street gain and more interested in developing HUGE new markets around the world?
