Can i get money back on a will that isnt finished?

I paid for a company to write my will back in february. They sent 3 copies all of which are wrong. (massively incorrect). They've cashed the cheque and have started taking monthly payments for the storage of it. (I've stopped these payments from my bank now). The will hasnt been signed or witnessed. Its now 15 weeks since this whole charade started and i want my money back. Is there a legal time limit on this sort of thing?
