Hanging out with a girl who is a boyfriend?

Okay, I was wondering what you guys/ girls think! My question for guys is that if a girl has a boyfriend will you hang out as friends (not dating)? And same thing for girls if a guy has a girlfriend will you hang out with him as friends (not dating)? Like just hangout :)
