How do you show a guy you are starting to move on and not waiting for him anymore?

This guy ive know since jan likes me n I like him..but he hasnt asked me out.and his his thing Is he txts me to hangout but nothing happens.. He just dosnt text back.. and im just getting fed up..and im supposed to go to his party on sunday..
